Curtis has assembled a team of talented business, program management, science, and technology professionals to assist Capital Group clients in achieving their strategic and tactical objectives. Prior to founding Capital Group, Curtis held numerous leadership roles with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) including Program Manager of the FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI) program. In this role, Curtis led Strategic Direction and Management Investment Analyses, Source Evaluation, Program Management, Transition, and Operations activities.
Curtis’s leadership has led to the award of a $3.5B contract, network performance improvement, and deployment of the FAA’s first enterprise-wide security infrastructure, saving the Agency over $800M. Curtis is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and holds a Masters in Technology Systems Management from University of Maryland University College.
